Heavy Duty Waterproof Coating

“Master Water Guard” is a heavy-duty elastomeric exterior waterproof coating. It is formulated with engineered pure acrylic latex-based nano technology. It has excellent flexibility, breathing properties and crack bridging ability its unique features coupled with organic-inorganic nano composite based architecture contribute to its outstanding mechanical and anti-carbonation properties and long-lasting durability.

  • Coverage: 35 sq.ft/ltr ** for 2 coats (without water dilution)

MASTER CRACK-O-SEAL

“Master Crack-O-Seal’ is a specially developed copolymer emulsion base homogenous paste reinforced with fibers and extenders. The Crack filler developed with this system has great flexibility and retains this flexibility on exterior exposure without any shrinkage. Once it’s dry hard, this offers excellent water resistance and doesn’t allow water to penetrate from the surface. This has good adhesion properties, is non-toxic, resistance to mould growth and may painted with water-based paint soon after application.

MASTER WATER SEAL SBR LATEX

“Master Water Seal SBR Latex” is a high-performance polymer enhancer for waterproof cementation and architectural coating. Water Seal SBR is a multipurpose water proofing additive for mortar and cementations coating It serves as a waterproofing cum bonding agent when mixed with cement for use in concrete repair, waterproof cement coating, repair
and patching mortar and in paints. When used as admixture in mortar or coating it increases the compressive strength and tensile strength of the system.

MASTER POLYCOAT WP ACYRLIC POLYMER

“Master Polycoat WP Acrylic Polymer” is a waterproofing effective solution. It is used as a waterproof coating for a sunk portions of the bathroom, toilet, balcony and overhead or underground water tank. It can be used as admixture for providing waterproof plaster to the external walls especially in a high-rise buildings. It is also used as a bonding agent for old or new concrete.
